1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Steam Wishlist Notifier website (https://wishlist.thuc.me) and our Discord application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.
2. Description of Service
Wishlist Notifier offers tracking capabilities for publicly available Valve Steam Wishlist catalog items. We crawl official Steam web APIs periodically to monitor pricing fluctuations and deliver automated alerts to designated channels specified by you (Discord, Webhook, Telegram).

3. User Obligations & Account Rules
- You must maintain the confidentiality of your secure Google/Steam identity logins.
- You must possess explicit ownership or authorized control over the Discord server and webhooks to which you configure our bot alerts.
- We reserve the right to limit, restrict, or suspend service access if malicious crawling, DDOS, or automation spam triggers security flags on our VPS infrastructure.
4. Intellectual Property
All custom application code, user interfaces, brand design elements, and algorithms belong exclusively to Wishlist.thuc.me. Game titles, banner artwork, and official currency metadata retrieved from Steam remain the direct intellectual property of Valve Corporation and their respective publishers/developers.
5. Modifications and Service Continuity
As this tool relies deeply on 3rd-party APIs (Valve/Steam), service availability might change rapidly. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and reserve the rights to alter features or decommission portions of the platform without prior written notice.
